Scope of Services
SEO & Web Presence Expansion
WitBlade will be responsible for the SEO growth of EcoFresh Bins. This includes management of the current website, the current Google Business profile, keyword research, and content planning.
A video marketing campaign on social media is suggested to increase brand awareness and improve customer understanding of the service.
A website refresh is recommended to maintain a professional appearance and ensure that users can find the information they need on all devices.
We will directly edit and maintain essential aspects of the website such as HTML code and meta information, but will not change brand related content without prior approval from EcoFresh Bins (example - an "About Us" page).
Access to the current business website and Google Business profile are required.
This proposal includes recommended services, but some are optional.
In order to build awareness and confidence in a new brand, we suggest redesigning the current website. This will include a logo design, page and content writing, sales copy, site layout, and mobile friendliness.
At first, the website need only be 4-5 pages which outline the main services while requesting that the user contact EcoFresh Bins.
It could also begin with a "coming soon" landing page that collects user emails to notify them when the service goes live, perhaps at a discounted rate or some other one-time offer.
Essential SEO Implementation
As an expert on local SEO, we will build the site in such a way that it is hyper-targeted for the Delaware Valley/Philadelphia area.
Based on competitor research, the competition level looks to be medium/low. This means that we should be able to get traction within a few months time.
Implementation includes keyword research, website optimization, and Google Business profile management.
This is intended to be hands-off as we implement a repeatable strategy month to month.
Video Marketing on Social Media (optional)
Due to the nature of the service, showcasing a dirty bin vs. a clean bin allows customers to "get it."
We suggest creating a short, 15 second video that showcases the service. This video can run on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms to increase brand awareness.
We have partnered with a local video company in Plymouth Meeting that can help create this video at a very affordable cost.
We would manage the ad campaign week to week and encourage people to sign up for the service, get early access, join the newsletter, or any number of possible calls to action.
Analytics and Strategy
Google Analytics will be installed on the website to monitor visitor traffic and conversions. We will use this information to determine which ad campaigns are effective, and whether organic traffic from Google has increased.
We will have a minimum of one monthly check-in call to review all progress, which can be offered weekly during the first month given the level of initial coordination required.
Facebook and Google pixels will be installed to access analytics on both platforms as well as to execute re-marketing campaigns to users that have visited the website.
Management includes benchmarking and goal setting.
